My father and I rented sleds from here for 3 days. The sleds ran great, no issues. Check-in and check-out was very quick and easy. Hope to rent from here again in the future.
Bought two new sleds from them in the past two seasons. Had warranty work done on one last year and just recently had a insurance job done on one as well. Have nothing but good things to say about whole experience. Great sales and service, will be returning for all my future recreational needs.
Rented a snowmobile for 3 days. Pick-uped the snowmobile on the first day at 3pm. Upon arrival we were told it was a 23 hour rental- cool so have the snowmobile back before 12Pm Friday. Wrong we have to have it back 8am on Friday and if we are late it's $100 an hour extra charge. So we basically got screwed on our first day of rental. When the owner was approached about the issue he was extremely rude and told us it was our fault. When the reservation was made no one told us the pick up time for rental was 9am. And you are charged at 9am for a full day rental regardless of when you pick it up no exceptions. We will never rent from them again. Was extremely disappointed in losing over $200 worth of a full days rental. Had to completely change our plans because of it.
Went to this dealership and met the owner. He came out from the back looking like we inconvenienced him. We inquired about renting a sled because we had an issue with ours and drove 7 hours to come sled. He stated they do rent, gave us the prices, then changed his answer to them putting the renting on hold... his demeanor was completely rude and unprofessional during our entire visit. We were going to buy gloves with them, but decided to go to Track Side in Eagle River because we have had good experiences with them and they are always friendly. I am unsure how someone as big of a prick as him could still be in business. I would never buy anything from a dealer like that.
We rented ATV's from these guys this past summer and we had a great time. They were willing to work with us and were fair. I'd recommend renting with them if you want to ride some ATV's.
